Dr. Glenn Steffin (D.D.S)
Principal Dentist
Dr. Steffin graduated in Dentistry in 2003 in Berlin, Germany and is very passionate about his work. He has been working in England for 4 years, previous to owning his own surgery he worked for 3 years in a practice in Lancing. Dr. Steffin is interested in incorporating new products and techniques to make dental treatment as pleasant as possible. He has also written a Dissertation about composite materials which earned him his title. His main field is Cosmetic Dentistry, he enjoys the outcome of a new smile. Dr. Steffin also has interests in surfing, snowboarding and fishing.

Michelle Steffin
Practice Manager
Michelle qualified as a dental nurse in 2003. She trained at Northbrook College studying Dental Nursing and Oral Health. NVQ Level 3. Michelle has worked alongside Dr. Steffin since 2006 and is continuously developing her knowledge in all aspects of dentistry to give you the best possible care.As Practice Manager Michelle is taking care of all aspects within the clinic.Michelle is a huge fan of WWE wrestling! She also enjoys shopping, cooking and travelling.

Anna Fyodorova
Dental Nurse
Anna joined our team in June 2010, she is new to the Dentistry field and is currently doing a NVQ
Level 3 in Dental Nursing and Oral Health. Anna is very keen to learn about all aspects of Dentistry and widen her skills of patient care.
Anna is originally from Latvia, she has been in England for 4 years now, where she finished her GCSE’s & AS Levels.
Anna enjoys socialising with friends and family. She also likes shopping and singing.

Tracey Down
Receptionist
Tracey is the most recent addition to our team.
She has an extensive background in Administration and has over 20 years experience in the Customer Service Industry.
Tracey has shown considerable interest in all aspects of the dental practice and is keen to learn all she can to aid her in helping our patients.
Tracey has grown up living locally and is looking forward to meeting the residents of East Preston and Ferring!
In her leisure time she loves spending time in her garden and going fishing with her husband.

Laura Bushnell
Receptionist
Laura joined the joined the team in August 2009. She has had 5 years of customer service experience.
Laura assists in the promotion of the clinic and plays an important role in advertising.
Since she has been with us she has shown considerable interest in dentistry and always keen to learn about the new gismo’s and gadgets!
Laura has a passion for acting, dancing and being creative. She recently completed a National Diploma in Musical Theatre achieving distinctions across the board.

Emma Smith
Hygienist
Emma joined the team in August 2009.
Her bubbly personality and infectious laugh she will never fail to make you smile!
After qualifying as a Hygienist in Birmingham in 1992 she moved to London and worked in private preventative and cosmetic practices.
In 2004 she moved to Brighton but still commutes to London once a week to work in a dental practice where she was been for 13 years. Emma also works as a hygienist in Southwick.

Fiona Wilson
Hygienist
Fiona joined our team in December 2009, she is friendly and very caring with our patients.
She qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist back in December 2008.
Fiona studied at The Eastman in London
and went on to win the tutors prize for
‘Best consistent clinical work and patient care’.
Fiona enjoys going to museums in her spare time, especially The London Transport Museum. She also likes cooking and eating at celebrity restaurants!
